Loyal customer until a week ago, for years ... A saleswoman (name known) disturbingly unfriendly and presumptuous. Although there was no customer at the bread counter, I was rejected / ignored without explanation. In the coffee / breakfast area a lot of customers, 3 sales assistants already totally busy, all machines occupied, therefore no reinforcement necessary. I returned my bonus card as a protest without canceling it.

In the coffee it is too loud and some representatives use a large table as a person to do office work ... and as sales only 1 drink over a 2 hour stay. Anton Reindl
